exam result is wrong?

I sat the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (SU20) exam today where I believe I passed the exam as the final screen stated 'Pass'. However, I have not received an email from Salesforce to my work email address stating this along with my score (as I did get with my admin exam certificate). To make sure I have passed, I checked the Kryterion website - under 'My Assessments' - and clicked on the exam's result hyperlink (which says 'Pass') to view my score. I plugged in the topic percentage scores on two different online salesforce exam calculators to make sure I have passed, but both calculators came back with a score less than the pass rate, 63%. So now, I believe I've failed the exam. Even though the Kryterion website states otherwise.User-added image
