Multiple picklist value

I have multi select picklist in which I want values in available box should be default present in chosen box please help me to achieve this scenario.

Hi Rahul,

Greetings!

If you would like to set the default value in the multi-select picklist then you can set by editing/defining the picklist by choosing the first value as Default or by sorting the values alphabetically.

Otherwise,if you would like to set the multiple values as default which is the limitation for now and have an existing idea for the same.

If you would like to set the default value whenever the record creates/updates then you can create the process builder to update the picklist.

It's not possible to have more than one default value incase of multi select picklist using standard pag layouts. The only option is to create a custom page.
