Related list is not available under contacts

In Lightning the entitlements related list is not available on Contact. And also, i cannot see them neither on the account's related list. 

Please help me on this.

In the documentation (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=entitlements_creating.htm&type=5), it is stated that "In Lightning Experience, the Entitlements related list isn’t available on Contacts."

Regarding the entitlements under account is mentioned in the above article as well you can try checking it.

It's a SF limitation. You can not show entitlements related list on Contact screen in lightning experience. We faced the same issue and as a work around, we created a custom lightning component and added that on contact page layout.
