Flow builder <p> tags problem.

Hi @all,

I am sending out the custom notification with  rich text  field as a notification body from flow builder. So here I am getting notification body in "<p>Body</p>", So can  anyone know how to remove those tags from notification?

Custom notification title and body fields support plain text only as per the documentation. Can you post a screenshot of the text you are entering the notification body?

Hi Anudeep,
In the body and title i am using text only but while refering that field on the flow builder and getting <p> tages in  custom notification bell area.
Please find below screen shots to get more clear on issue,

Hello,
I got the same problem and solved it this way :
  • Click on View as plain text on your text template
  • Remove the tags
  • Save
