Hi Anirudh,

Flow is an application inside Salesforce to automate complex business processes. Simply put, they collect data and then do something with that data. Flow Builder is the declarative interface that we use to build individual flows

I don't think there is anything called auto screen flow if you are searching for uses of auto-launch flow then I would suggest try checking the below documentation that has a clear description of what each type of flow is:
