Flow not taking into consideration date is null condition

Hi,

I have a scheduled flow where one of the conditions 
Condition
But when I run or debug, it gives me back records where even this field is filled in.

Any idea what I am doing wrong??

Isnull is not a reliable way in flows. I recommend going with a formula
