Thanks, I have already tried this but Available for Lightning Experience, Lightning Communities, and the mobile app check box is unchecked, and I can not modify it. I have tried using iframe, that also did not work.

That's the standard procedure,If you still face the issue I would suggest you to raise a case with salesforce support.
