I want to apply on change on my one of input field of prechat.

I have a custom prechat form and i want to apply on change in one field among all the fields but i am not able to able on on change because in case of prechat fiekds are created dynmically with out my control .

You can select the fields that are shown on the pre-chat form, change the order of the fields, and make the fields required. To make the form more user-friendly to customers, add up to four fields. Important Create and edit your pre-chat forms from Embedded Service setup, not at global action.
