which metadata object stores translations for the NavigationMenu component

I want to deploy translation changes to git to have it there. I made changes in Translation Workbench, but do not know what metadata should I use do deploy it.

I have checked over the net but there does not seem to be any documentation related to this.
As per https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/298446/which-metadata-object-stores-navigationmenu-tilemenu-translations ,there's no reference to NavigationMenu in translations

I will update this thread as I have more information. Thanks
