Regional Manager on Opportunity Team not available as an Email Recipient

I can add Regional Manager as a role on my Opportunity Team, but when I am creating an Email Alert for the Opportunity I cannot select Regional Manager as one of the Recipients from the Opportunity Team

Hi James,

This should be available, try to add new lov on Opportunity Team object  field 'Team Role'.

I checked and I can see new role created.

Thanks - that helps - when I checked the Object setup I can see that Regional Manager and Channel Manager are the same thing.

Try to create/update lov and check if you can see and just to be specific if the issue is with only 1 lov Regional Manager?  Or can you try re-create lov again?  If issue is with only 1 lov then you might need to log a case.
