Hi,
I am not able to delete the uninstallation script class "IQ_UninstallationScript", even after removing its reference from the package. It's a part of the managed package.

Can you navigate to the class, click on 'Show dependencies' and check if there are still any dependencies? Also, what error message are you seeing when attempting to delete the script class?
After click on 'Show dependencies', see the below screenshot, and while deleting the class It gives an 'insufficient access rights on object id' error.
