Everyone is saying it's in Apps/etc, but it's not. Where can I enable it.

That is not helpful. I tried searching uisng the pencil at the top right to the side of the Navigation Pane Tabs such as Account and Contacts FOLLOWED BY selecting "add more items" but Products and Price Book are not available to be added as Tabs in Salesforce trial version.
