How to display Agent Wait Time in ChatBot ?
I am using Einstein Bot and wanted to display agent wait time to end user before transferring chat to agent. It will be great help if someone already worked on it.
Currently, this feature is unavailable, Kindly review below Idea link and vote for this feature.

Thanks for sharing the POC. It helped us to build wait time for our requirments. One thing we noticed that - the api is returning positive number (> 0) even when no agents are available. Since the api tells us there is wait time, we show it to the customer and then redirect to LIve agent, which in turn shows the no agent availble message. This is not a very good in terms of customer experience. Any suggestions or ideas to avoid this?

To use this feature, specify that you want the estimated wait time from the Settings request (by setting Settings.needEstimatedWaitTime to 1) and the Availability request (by setting Availability.needEstimatedWaitTime to 1). When this value is set to 1, the response includes the estimated wait time for each button ID requested.
