I tried to reproduce the error but couldn't. I am seeing success from the workbench.

Incase you are trying to accomplish this using apex code, the issue is probably with the Resource URL . Check the post https://developer.salesforce.com/forums/?id=906F0000000BaDUIA0 where a similar ask was posted.
