 Please describe your experience with “AppExchange” products. What products have you used before? What was their purpose and describe some of the benefits and drawbacks of the AppExchange solution?

Salesforce AppExchange is Salesforce.com's cloud computing marketplace through which end users can access, download and install software apps.
The advantages of using AppExchange products
1. You don't have to build any functionality from scratch.
2. You can just download a pre-built solution, which is more secure and already tested by other users.
