Wrapper class instance in LWC .

Hi team, 

I have a requirement to create dynamic row of wrapper class in LWC .
Wrapper class consists of two attribute : 1. Contact 2. Custum object

I need to create empty object of this wrapper to add new record in dynamic row ? I am not able to set the value in fields of Contact and custom object ? Any idea
