I don't think a trial version is available for exploring Engage.
Salesforce Engage is a separate license from Pardot. Unlike the Pardot “bucket” license, Engage licenses are issued as one per person. Pricing is transparent, at $50/user/month (https://www.salesforce.com/in/editions-pricing/sales-cloud/engage/).
Once the licenses have been purchased, a Salesforce Admin will need to assign the licenses to the team before they can get to work.
Your Salesforce Account Executive is the best person you can reach out to for pricing details/ check if any demo can be provided.
