This usually happens, as already mentioned on the error message, when your org has some existing components in configuration or code, that messes up the challenge validation.
Cleanest approach is to re-do this in a brand new dev org.
I understand that the error itself says to post it in the developer forum however, the information based on the error code is not available from our end. You can always reach out to the trailhead support team as they can only check the actual error behind the error code with their internal tools.
