Create a summary report grouped by Customer.
Create a vertical bar chart with the customer on the x-axis and the amount on the y-axis.
create a metric component and select the report as a data source.
Click on the wrench icon
select value descending under sort rows by and type 20 in maximum values displayed (please see the screenshot) this will only show the top 20 opportunities by value.
