unable renewal the Opportunity ,Quote from contract even renewal forecast and renewal quote check boxes are checked in contract

Hi ,
I'm facing the  below issue in QA but it's working in my dev 

I'm trying to renewal the opportunity and Quote from contract by checking Renewal forecast and Renewal Quote check boxes. but i couldn't. 

Contract  is in activated status and Marked as Master contract

Per the documentation, If a Contract for an Account is Forecasted for Renewal with CPQ (Renewal Forecast on the Contract is marked TRUE), a Renewal Opportunity will be created (unless one is defined in the Renewal Opportunity field on the Contract)

If enabling this checkbox does not create a renewal opportunity, I recommend creating a support case
