How to create a custom formula in Lead get the Lead owner's name

I want to create a custom field, the field can to automatically populate information from User, e.g. 

http://mywebsite.com/? n= Lead.Owner.FirstName

apply this following formula in your org. 
Owner:User.FirstName +' ' + Owner:User.LastName
