Users assigned to a profile are not able to view actions in the page

Hi Guys,
In lightning app builder, we have added an update action. The update action visiblilty is set based on the value of another field.
Users assigned to a particular profile are not able to view the actions even though they have access to the fields.
Can someone help me out here

Thanks for replying. I had to give access to the field which sets the component visibility.
