How can i render image by URL

I want to upload image every time in my contact form when creating a new user.

I have a field of URL in my contact page and want to render the image from that URL.

"Using URL because the image's are saved on other site"

Thanks for the help i tried these 2 but not usefull in my senario.

See image field when creating a new contact i put all details and Url link in "image field" and in image formula field the image will be render.
How can i do this?

Everytime when creating a new contact the link will be changed so i cant hardcode the URL
