I did some customization of task form means adding some custom filed and rearrange the custom and existing fields i want pacckage that newly formated task form but when i add the task laypout into the package it will give me lots of changes

These might be having some dependencies while you made changes on layout, formula, etc.,  I would suggest you do go ahead and move your package to destination org (lower instance) and do a smoke test,  also you shouldn't see any discrepancies once you test your new package.
