lead is not converting. What is the problem?

Hi Aditi,

Greetings!

Did you receive any error while converting the lead.Since,it is the lightning component we will not be able to see anything in the debug logs.So,I would suggest you to debug the lightning component using lightning inspector as suggested below document.

It is showing lead is converted successfully but it is not creating. I have tried everything.Please help me it is urgent.
