Custom application Last Modified Date(Tue Mar 09 03:59:47 GMT 2021) before Create Date(Tue Mar 09 03:59:48 GMT 2021).

While deploying custom application am facing below issue in sales force

Last Modified Date(Tue Mar 09 03:59:47 GMT 2021) before Create Date(Tue Mar 09 03:59:48 GMT 2021). error.
Kindly help to resolve this issue.

I recommend creating a support case for this based on this post which appears to be a multi-customer issue reported recently
