SF Health Cloud........

Hi, can somebody shed some light. I have registered for free trial version
of Health Cloud and my question is why do i also have Sales,Marketing and some others apps by default.
Why also all the app's are sharing the same accounts and contacts data.

When you sign up for a new org, Salesforce provides test data and other apps by default with the intention that it would be easier to get started.

I believe you will not be able to delete the standard apps like Sales, Service etc via App manager too.

Hi, thanks for clarification, one more question, why is the data shared accross apps, for instance why i have same accounts in sales and then again in Health Cloud. If i push the data to Account object by rest api why both app's get the same entry.Thanks
Ps. Is there a way to directly push by rest api in Patients table?

Based on the documentation(https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.health_cloud_object_reference.meta/health_cloud_object_reference/apex_pages_patient.htm) it looks like this functionality is built-in and by design.

Create Patient: Use this single Apex API to create a patient record rather than making separate calls to the Account and Contact objects.
