Screen flow - Don't show pre-populated values

I have a screen flow showing pre-populated values on it...is there a way to DON'T PRE-POPULATE VALUES? Thanks!

Hi Alfredo,

Sorry for this issue you are facing.

Go to object and look for these fields.

I think they are DEFAULT VALUES for these fields. Please change them to blank.

It won't show these values in the flow.
