Considerations and Gotchas before enabling Contact to Multiple Accounts

I have read the documentation

If you have enabled 'Contact  to multiple Accounts'  can you please share your experience. 

Anything i should be aware of ? 
Anything that i should avoid / do ?

@Nagendra, as mentioned in my post, I am not asking about how to establish a many to many relationship between Accounts and Contacts. I know how to do that. 

I am interested in listeining to experiences from people who have implemented it, and the issues that they might have run into,due to merging or deleting Accounts/Contacts.
