Apex maps, component unknow, console developer

i can not use the apex maps module.
"error console: unknown module apex maps"
i am using console dev from web salesforce and i am "free user" i have not edicion special

apex:map is not for the developer environment for now. You can try in a sandbox environment for using it.

According to Salesforce doc (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.pages.meta/pages/pages_maps.htm):

Visualforce mapping components aren’t available in Developer Edition organizations.

Please refer to the 'Add Geocodes for Addresses Automatically in Salesforce' blog which might help you further or you have to make a custom integration for this.
