Can I merge points from my old account to my new account?

You can .. but what you are trying to do and can u pls explain .. you can do it using the trigger or process builder also

@RajVakati, I think what @BECKY PIEL is asking is, she/he has two salesforce developer accounts.  When you login to the Community Discussion forum, and navigate to your profile you see points nased on your involvement in the discussion forums. she/he wants to carry forward the points on the old accounts to the new account. While this is possible in trailhead , i don't think it's possible to bring over points from one Developer Forum account  to another.

I have an employer account that has points and badges.  I want to move that to my new personal account and get back on the courses. 
Can you assist?

There's a trailhead module about it. https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/help?article=Trailhead-Self-Service-Account-Merge
  • Login to Trailhead with your Employer Account 
  • Go to Settings or this link https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/users/profiles/settings
  • Scroll Down to see Connect or Merge. 
  • Now login with your developer account that has all your trailhead points. 
  • Ther's a Trailhead module about merging accounts https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/help?article=Trailhead-Self-Service-Account-Merge
  • Merge them
