sukriti garg I changed my profile URL by mistake while updating my trailhead profile and lost all my badges and points.
I changed my profile URL by mistake while updating my trailhead profile and lost all my badges and points. How to recover it again as my username and password is same as it was earlier. It's just the URL that has changed. Please suggest.
It's strange that after changing profile URL , you faced issue with respect to badges.
I would suggest to connect to Trailhead team as recently they launched new ways of login. Refer below links

Thanks for your help. I have submitted a case for this but i have not received any reply from trailhead team. Actually my last url was- https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/me/sgarg3 and my new url is- https://trailhead.salesforce.com/me/sgarg18 and both of them are showing different badges and points. I'm not getting how to merge these two links because they both have same credentials. And when i'm logging in with the credential it is redirecting me to my new url. Please check it once and let me know if you can help.
Editing of profile URL is disabled now, so I couldn't check on my end.
