Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Trailhead challenge 3 in a brand new Trailhead Playground results in error id: EYSPRGBK
Just created this org and so the error tells me to post here:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: EYSPRGBK
When you have this error, it is quite useless to try to find someone who will help you by giving the exact reference error id (EYSPRGBK).
This error Id changes at any new try.
The most effective way to solve this problem is to undo your last modifications (suppress the last created report or just remove it from the dashboard) until that works again or to add new modifications to your existing org.
If you read the requirements, something is missing in your customization (but you don't know what it is exactly now because of the error).
You don't need to recreate a new org and to redo all the steps from the beginning (very rare if you have started with a new org).
This kind of error is reversible without using a new Developer Edition. Just undo your last modifications or add new updates (read the requirements and found what could be missing)..
When a superbadge is very new, that could be usefull to post the error because the creators of these superbadges read this forum at the beginning and answer directly but for the superbadge Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, there is little chance.
I also had this error and I just made undo/redo operations.
If you are pretty sure that all is correct, you can post snapshots of your reports (better alternative than the error itself which means nothing).
Only the administrators of the superbadges could have access to a "log" probablly where there is a technical explanation for them and the key in this log is this error Id.
For the reports, the exact names are important as well as the right folders but that is not sufficient.
The anonymous errors are crashes of the robot in cases not covered probably.
