Rename Tabs and Labels - Deploy standard sObject label change in a managed package

Through Setup -> User Interface -> Rename Tabs and Labels we can change the labels of standard objects (e.g. we can rename Account to say Shop).

 

How do i include this in a manged package?

You may need to enable translation workbench for this.Refer below salesforce help article.

I have enabled translation workbench, that didn't make the translations appear on the Managed Package -> Add Components page.

This is what i am after.

The help link you referenced simpkly talks about how to change these, not how to deploy them in a managed package.
