Superbadge Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Unexpected Error On Challenge # 3

While I was doing the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Superbadge, I got this error on Challenge number 3,

"
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: DMOJSQLN
"

I created a new playground for this badge and after I got this error, I tried to do this challenge in a new DE and got the same error.

Hi Gabriel,

Sorry for this issue you are facing.
  • Report Type is Case(Standard)
  • Row Summary field is: SOLARBOT OWNERSHIP
  • Column Summary Field is: CASE REASON
  • SolarBot Status Averages
  • Report Type is SolarBot and Status Date(Custom which you have created)

Also, refer below links for similar discussion.

May I also request you please confirm if you are using a brand new developer org in order to validate this challenge, if not then I would suggest you create a brand new org and give a try which should probably do the trick.

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled. If that doesn't help please give a try by restarting the batch.

If the problem continues,  log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Hope this helps.

Kindly mark this as solved if the reply was helpful so that it gets removed from the unanswered queue which results in helping others who are encountering a similar issue.

Thanks,
Nagendra
