Is there a way to export Salesforce Configurations without using any Appexchange.

Is there a way to export Salesforce Configurations in to an excel file without using any Appexchange.
Please advise.

Hi Adhvika,

You can try using ANT to backup/export metadata components.

For Data try using data loader and this can be done manually.
