Hi,

I am stuck on step 2 with following error.

"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
We can't find the 'Customer Case Team' role. Ensure the Customer Contact can be tracked on Cases."

I have added 'Contact Role' and 'Case Team' on page layout as well still no luck.

any help would be appreciated.
