I am trying to setup email to be automatically sent every year on the users birthday.

First I tried this.....

NO LUCK!

Then I tried this....

HI Jennifer,
Can you share what challenge/ error message you were facing when you tried the approaches mentioned in the articles you stated so I can suggest.

Hi Swetha,

So for the first article, the email did not sent to the contact and I cannot figure out why.

For the second article the email was sent but the day before the birthday instead of the actual birthday. And its still taking the year into account. I am also unsure if this rule will trigger EVERY year on that contacts birthday.

I hope you can help :)

Thanks!

Jenn

Swetha,

I am so sorry, I should also mention I am trying to send emails for a contacts birthday, not a user. Sorry I wrote that incorrectly.
