Process builder trigger help

I need to create a process that is triggered when a lead is reopened, and am unsure as to the best way to accomplish that. I am unclear as to whether to use a flow or process, and how to define the trigger.

Hi Jessica, you could use a process builder on Lead and the condition can be If it is updated and status for example Working.
