Overall org Code coverage %75 is mandatory going forward in PROD/SANDBOX ?

I heard that overall org Code coverage %75 is mandatory going forward in Prod/Sandbox coming August release, but I dont see any such news in salesforce summer release 2020. 
Kindly let me know if you are aware of any such change is coming soon.

Hi Navinku,

You might be referring to Unlocked package code coverage. Starting in Winter ‘21, a minimum 75% code coverage is required for package version promotion.

Hi Vinay, thanks for this details. I got this release notes for this coming summer 20 release, after glancing thru it looks like its not there. Hope i dint miss it.
