whenever user opens a case record, in Contact details Tab, the Contact name should be auto populated

Hi Pankaj,

when creating a new Lead or Contact, our desktop integrations will now auto-fill the First Name, Last Name, email address, and Account fields (if applicable). We'll also auto-populate the subject and description when creating a Case or Task! This functionality is available to all desktop users in both the new Outlook integration (GA as of Winter '19) and Gmail integration (GA as of Spring '19). Winter '19 release notes for the Outlook integration and Spring '19 release notes for the Gmail integration

As an additional note, we have removed the third party contact profile information in these new integrations, so any information that is auto-filled will be populated from the email recipient information directly. We will not auto-populate any information from third-party sources that exist in the now-retired Contact profile.
