Salesforce to whatsapp integration

Hi,
Need Help, 

1.Can i able to do whatsapp integration with out having the Facebook business manager ID and its Confirmation.
2. If it is Possible  through RestAPI, how can i access the Whatsapp bussiness API(Any Links)
3. I Have gone through the Setup In Whatsapp Mesaaging( https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=messaging_set_up_whatsapp.htm&type=5 (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=messaging_set_up_whatsapp.htm&type=5)) and this editions is Paid.

This is have a POC to me and need to completed . Please help me guys

Hi Ranjith,

1. You can't able to Integrate without Facebook manager ID.

2. Whatsapp API is currently in limited public preview, so only selected businesses will be able to use it. Please refer to the below links:

You can use third party services hired by UMS Tech Labs.

Licensing part can only be better explained by your Account Executive, Please reach them regarding pricing and licenses.
