Whenever I open developer console, old tabs open by default

Hello, when I open my developer console, lots of old tabs are open, which I don't want to see/ am not working on right now. How can I control what tabs show by default upon opening the Developer Console? Thank you!

Then in your Org, those apps are not configured.

When you open developer console, old tabs open by default it is working as excepted.

Hi Michael,

Try the below steps,

From Setup, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select Apps.
Select a console app.
Click Edit.
Uncheck   Save User Sessions.
Click Save.

Hi Abhishek, is there a way to do the same in Lightning? The link provided includes instructions for Classic.

Thank you.

Michael The link I have provided is Idea Link.

And these steps are common in both classic and lighting

From Setup, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select Apps.
Select a console app.
Click Edit.
Uncheck   Save User Sessions.
Click Save.

Thanks.

Hi Abhishek, there is nothing called "apps" that I can click on (see below screenshot.) There is "app manager", but when I click on edit on one of those apps, there is nothing that says "save user sessions".

I don't see it where it says "save user sessions" in classic either. Is there any other way to control which tabs show up when I open the developer console? Thank you.
