timba surveys - survey page link sent to client showing not authorised

Hi,

Until recently survey links sent to customers suddely reach a "not authorised" page. We have used Timba surveys   for the last 2 years and no issues and we have made no changes.

Test survey link: https://firstbaseit.secure.force.com/timbasurveys__survey?cId=0031p000026g26x&id=a0m1p00000HFXc3AAH

Hi Saq,

Assign guest users the object permissions that allow them to respond to surveys.

Hi Saq,
We are having the same issue.  Did you get it working on your side?  If so what did you have to change/setup?  Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Susan

Hi,

We are also having the same issue. Does anybody find a solution for this?

Thanks,

No, Timba seems dead as a) object permissions/site settings doesnt work, we've spent hours with SF support on this, the new security settings have basically broken the functionality and for security reasons it's not going to be fixed b) the vendor site is now defunct c) timba dont respond to any queries. We also tested out saleforce surveys and found limits in a) email size b) templating, the product is very young and underdeveloped, my advice would be to go the route we are going which is exporting contacts into csv and surveys via mailchimp (introduced in Q1 2020) or Sendgrid (higher learning curve).
