Hello Namarta,

This issue is happening due to CNAME is invalid.
Please register your CNAME as: <custom site domain/www.example.com>.<00d2000000005pikra/ORG UNIQUE ID>.live.siteforce.com

1. Once you registered CNAME than regstier your custom site domain in Salesforce.
2. Map your site with this custom domain.

It will resolve your issue.

Hi Namrata,

I am seeing this error "None of the common names in the certificate match the name that was entered (sgs.force.com). You may receive an error when accessing this site in a web browser." in SSL Checker (https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=%20sgs.force.com).

That means you have not configured Cname properly or some certificate issue.

Check it once.

I hope you find the above information is helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.

Thanks.

Hi Namrata,

I suggest verifying all the steps listed here

Also, as per this article, when you have a community that uses a Visualforce login page (for example, "startlogin"), accessing a different URL while not logged in redirects them to the login page with a starturl parameter.

For example: Accessing the VF page https://xxx.force.com/customers/apex/ContactVF without logging in, will redirect the user to login page and URL will have a starturl parameter.
https://xxx.force.com/customers/startlogin?startURL=%2Fcustomers%2Fapex%2FContactVF

Resolution: This behavior is already seen in communities with the Default login page. Now it's extended to Visualforce login pages.
Additionally, due to this change, users will not see the Authorization Required Page when accessing community pages without logging in. Please reach out to Salesforce.com Support for assistance.
