Anyone else having trouble with Webassessor / Kryterion? Kryterion crashed last night (Sunday) about 45 minutes into my Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Exam so roughly 6:15 p.m.

As soon as it happened I glanced at our network router – all green lights.
Then I immediately ran a speedtest, still in the 70’s on wifi at the kitchen island.
I had noticed slow page loads for the three screens prior to the failure (and been reprimanded for speaking out loud ☺ - proctor wasn’t interested in my observations about losing test time to page loads).
Have you checked with the site reliability engineers? Should be a good time stamp from when my exam stopped.
Also, any idea why the biometrics failed on the third or possible the fourth reboot?
Finally, every time I have taken a Salesforce exam with a remote proctor there have been multiple reschedules which is why I have taken the last five at test centers.

Internally I can see one Issue from our end.
Can you check with your Network once, There might be a chance of network issues too.
