EventLogFile - Interval Table Not available

We need the interval table - 
what am I missing
I am a system administrator and I do not see the interval table in Workbench or Developer console

The field Interval is not avaible in enterprise edition , can you please confirm which version of sandbox you are using.

Although the field must be avaible in API version 37.0 and above looks like it is dependent on sandbox type as well.

In developer sandbox the field is visible.
