Unable to assign External Identity User license while creating user

Hi,

I have 20 free license of External Identity User but i am still unable to assign that while creating user.

Free licenses

Above is free licenses

NewUser

Here i am not getting External Identity user license option, same with Partner Community

Am i missing anything

HI Bhushan,

1. Ensure that digital experience site is enabled on your org
2. Create a contact with an associated account.
3. Once contact is created,go to Contact record you created
4. On top of the record Click the button "Manage External User"
5. Click Enable Customer User
6. Select on the User license field "External Identity"
7. Select on the Profile field "External Identify user"
8. Save
