Two identical S-Docs templates produce different PDF's
I have two S-Docs/SDocs templates that have identical HTML source code. (I did a file compare) There are no headers or footers, and the Page Settings are also identical. These templates produce a PDF for an Order.
When I generate the S-Docs PDF from the Order page using a button, each of these templates produces a slightly different output....the margins are different on both. This results in one of the templates, with wider margins, cutting off some information on the right side of the PDF.
Can anyone think of what could cause this?
(the reason I need this resolved is that S-Docs is not allowing me to edit the correct template, so I thought I could just copy the HTML from the correct template to the new template...but the HTML is identical...so now I am stuck!)

To resolve this issue, carefully check that both templates and their settings are exactly the same.
- If the templates rely on dynamic data from Salesforce records, differences in the data can change how the PDF looks. For instance, if one record has longer text in a field, it might push the content beyond the page boundaries, affecting the layout.
- While the HTML source code may match, differences in CSS styles or the way styles are applied can lead to distinct rendering in the PDFs. Make sure the CSS rules are identical.
- Check the data being used to populate the templates. Variations in data, such as different field values or record types, can affect the content and layout of the PDFs.
- You can refer S-Docs Limitations( https://www.sdocs.com/knowledge-base/sdocs/understanding-template-formats/s-docs-limitations/#:~:text=S%2DDocs%20Limitations-,S%2DDocs%20Limitations,-October%2019%2C%202022)
- You can contact S-Docs support (https://www.sdocs.com/standardsupport/ ) since we don't have access to the code to replicate this behavior.
Thanks.
