Query on Integrating SSO Enabled Salesforce System with an External System 0 upvotes

Hi,

Could you please help me how to connect to Salesforce has SSO been enabled?
External System is a Java System and I have a User created in Salesforce but now the Salesforce env to which I connect has SSO enabled.
How to connect to Salesforce now??
Any help would be appreciated!
